Well what’s not to say about this place?? I had heard many good things from friends who have made it out into town since lockdown lifted, so I gave them a follow on Instagram and - aside from the delicious food and drink I saw on a daily basis - my interest was piqued by the many sociable endeavours happening throughout the week…and the inclusive values interwoven through their feed.
So, onto their website I went…

…and this sold it for me, I just had to get in touch and ask if they’d be willing to give me photographic access! Happily I was welcomed with open arms (their ethos is not just talk) and I spent a joyous hour shooting their quirky, beautiful bar - where every detail tickles you - talking with their ‘family’ and documenting the making of the famous Bjornstar cocktail…made by the man himself!

Hart's take on the Pornstar Martini...its a smooth, creamy little number with a fizz-popping shot of Prosecco on the side...absolutely delicious - not to mention exciting to watch being made! Here's the man himself, Bjorn, in action!
